When I was on a jury of 12 we had one lone holdout that finally came around. She should have never been on the jury in the first place. The first words out of her mouth when we went into the jury room indicated she had her mind made up even before she was seated as a juror. And after the trial she freaked out that someone 🙂 had talked to the press about the case.
