Here's a Yankee who likes collard greens - especially when cooked with bacon. I like most veggies including some of the "weird" ones. Parsnips are a special favorite. About the only thing I can't abide are beets - I've never had any that didn't taste like mud to me - even pickled beets. One interesting thing I recently read is that there are two types of people in the world when it comes to cilantro. Some love it and the more the better. Others think it's horrible because it tastes or smells like soap. (That was my impression before I read the article.) Here's another article which may be of interest:

Liver and onions??? There have been times when I've craved it and others when I can't handle it. And sometimes those two happened at the same time.
