Patsy- glad to hear you will be involved with the library sale again.
Mystery- years ago we went to the races rather often including first day of the season in order to get a free pass for the season. It was our night out on Fri. We learned how to read the Racing newspaper and became familiar with some of the jockeys etc. We each had an amount beyond which we couldn't bet but we usually won enough to keep us going through the evening. $2 bets for the most part. Then they closed the track - Rockingham in Salem NH.

aeg- I've been sorting for months/years! I really need to get rid of things but I'd like to get a little money too. My daughter told me to cut my losses and donate all. I am "hoarder-lite". 🙂 I also need to list more here and there and use craigslist. My new plan is to schedule "work time" in order to be more productive.

Diane - my daughter is a runner and despite that her BP is still too high. She is on a second med. and did buy a BP monitor. She has one more follow up in Texas before returning to NH at end of July. She needs a referral to a cardiologist here. She is 5'1" and about 100 lbs - and tests showed no reason for high BP. Worrisome.

We've had more than a week of lovely weather, at last. When I see that May had the highest temps ever - not in New England!!
