I like Tractor Supply for dog treats and unusual items. They have a Carhart vest that wray wants - heavy, lined, canvass rather than puffy nylon. It is expensive but a new neighbor works for them and she gave me some coupons for a sale on Dec.8th.

My sister & bil drove to NH from Long Island today in the snow storm. Slow going in places but with the huge Yukon bil drives
they did okay. Earlier my sister called and said the hotel lost power twice. This is a heavy, wet snow here and many power outages in NH. The temps hovered around 33 degrees much of the afternoon and we also had some sleet.
We should be able to get to the restaurant for T-Day meal at 2pm. From my house it is only a few streets to a main road that goes straight to the restaurant - about 6 miles. Sister & bil aren't too far either.
