aeg- it is so hard to get rid of books! We've donated hundreds since wray closed his shop end of Aug. I'm putting together a small box of detective fiction to donate to a local organization that supports homeless and needy veterans.
Speaking of detective fiction - I just finished Robert Galbreth's second, The Silkworm. My daughter gave it to me for Christmas. Galbreth is ofcourse Rowling of Harry Potter fame. Both books focus on London private detective Strike. Except that they are rather gruesome, they are excellent reads.
No snow here but it is now quite cold. We are going to a local restaurant/bar tonight with another couple. Not our thing but we've done this for a couple of years because they like to go out. Age group is about 35-50 but some bring their parents or aunt so we aren't too out of place. 🙂
Happy New Year!
