June- apparently you are getting some very cold weather too. 19 degrees here at 11am. This may be the coldest feb. since records kept (1869) in NH!! And we have an ample amount of snow! Melting and leaks and flooding may be our next problem.

June - is there a Senior Jeopardy that would allow for slower response time?

I am reading another book by T.C. Boyle - Riven Rock (1998). It is fascinating - about the youngest son of Cyrus McCormick who had schizophrenia and had to be locked away in a family home in Santa Barbara and his wife Katharine Dexter McCormick who became active in the Suffragette movement and who funded the development of the birth control pill with her own money. I like Boyle's writing and have read several by him.
