We had the earthquake shake the house a couple of days ago, and now we're right in the path of the hurricane. I guess if things come in threes, a tornado would be next! Actually had one of those close by earlier in the summer.

I just had a conversation with someone at our health insurance company who was so rude it took my breath away. Usually they are so nice! By the end she was yelling at me and refused my polite request to speak to a supervisor. I'm going to call tomorrow morning and ask for her name (should be in my file). Then what should I do? Go through the HR department at my husband's workplace or write straight to the president of the company LOL.
