Sticky, sticky, sticky outside. I am amazed at how cool the house is. No air conditioning and it is quite pleasant. We do have A/C in the bedroom, though. Right after the thunderstorms visit JoAnne, they will continue northeast to me. We are expecting 3 or 4 inches of rain over next 3 days and there is a flash flood warning in effect. fortunately I am at the top of the hill, over 700 feet up, so not an issue here.
