Book Board Chat

Diane, I had a bread machine some years back and it didn't work well with whole wheat flour so I googled bread making and started doing it by hand. It's amazing how much frustration you can work off by kneading 🙂 and the bread always turned out great even using whole wheat flour - plus it was very satisfying to say "I baked it myself". I've sort of gotten out of the habit now but for awhile I was making bread every week. If I can do it, anyone can.
