Jim, My favorite feature on the Kindle is being able to download the "sample" before buying the book. You're so right about reviews - "different strokes for different folks" - but the sample gives me enough of the book to know if it's going to grab me and suck me in which, sadly, is getting rarer and rarer.
Patsy, thanks for the link! I often wonder especially how her DH and Max are doing. Wish one of her sons would post an update on the family.
