Jim Have been reading your posts about your Kindle with interest. I have the inexpensive little one & I love it. Have over 200 books stored on there now. Most of them are freebies so there's only a couple I can recommend. The freebies are good when sitting at the pool working on a suntan.
Also have a Nook tablet which is loaded with freebies also. I like the Kindle better. Very often a book will download incorrectly on the Nook. Pages will run in loops, never getting to the next one unless you specify a page number ie; will go from pg 20 to pg 24 & then back to pg 20. Has never happened with the Kindle.
I did download on the Nook for $2.99 (I think) 25 great classics. I've been re-reading some Austin, Dickens, Wells & such. A great buy. I think this was their 2nd series of classics.
