@mysteryhorse My chief concern about enrolling in the Global Shipping Program is that I offer free shipping to US zip codes on most of my listings . To give the international buyer some advantage I offer them a discounted shipping rate. This is my own system and the discount is based on the weight. Canada and Mexico get one rate while the rest of the world is charged more. If I enroll in the Global Program am I going to have to revise every listing that has that discounted rate?
