good morning...
I switched almost all of my store listings to auctions on the 1 cent listing day, and think that was a mistake! It gives more exposure, but no sales all week...whereas, changing maybe 1/2 to auctions would have had people finding my stuff....with 1/2 still available for BIN.....It has been a slow week, in a slow summer for me. Usualy my sales are not so bad in summer, but this time they seem lackluster. Of course, ereaders are changing the market, I have been on several trips, and have been rather lazy about listing....so go figure!

Interesting book I just read : The Lost City of Z, by David Grann......about Colonel Fawcett who (along with a son and friend) disappeared in the Amazon in 1925 in his quest for the fabled city....The fascination with the quest and the its mysterious end led to many, many "rescue" or "solve the mystery" expeditions in later years....with death tolls/disappearancs on those missions estimated at up to 100 more! The author also gets sucked into the myth, and goes to South American himself to have a go! One cannot read (at least, I cannot) such a book, and not get the itch to try it yourself!
