I really thank you all so much for replying to my survey. I felt that I needed that information. I take a medicine that contributes to the osteoporous.I just had cement put in 2 more vertebrae. My back feels wonderful. I knew I would get some wonderful information here, thanks, again. The statins give me too many muscle pains.
I got a quart of the almond milk and I will get some more tomorrow. I had forgotten how good it was on everything.
