I had a new experience with paying for postage on line. I do it all the time and kind of take things for granted. However, I just got a message from a buyer in Ireland that he is still waiting for his item. Well when I checked I see that the postage was paid for on PayPal using an EBay label but since it was first class I don't think I can track it. So now what? Should I refund this guy both postage and cost of item?
