I sent a package to California on Nov 15th. 3 weeks later, it hasn't arrived. I emailed the customer yesterday that I would give a full credit today because of her patience. I just checked tracking. WOW----This is new. It looks like looks like the package went to AFRICA and is on the way back. What the ... ?
