Jim--your building must have been built to take a lot! I think hurricane path predictions are usually better than tornado predictions, but even hurricane predictions aren't perfect. I think the charging and charging time is a problem for EVs here in USA. . A lot of electric autos here are hybrids--so gas is available to run them if needed. Though I;m not quite sure how they work or if you can do gas only.
