Yikes! Missed a bunch of stuff! OTRB
Can't believe two months went by in a flash! usually i check about once a month. We had some work done on the home--serious shed repairs, safer front doorstep (ex- tripping hazard now.) new bathroom vanity top and sink. Re-built back porch $$$$ fix up budget is busted. Was reasonable handyman--did good work, price less than usual around here. 3 out of three good friends have health issues--I had to take one to the emergency -she found out she had 3 spinal fractures and a badly pulled muscle. I had a fall on cement but didn't fracture any thing. knock on wood, my health and DH's are pretty good over all and we can get around just fine.
Brian--good to hear your stories and news! I surely still miss the old BB. Facebook is not the same, though I spend a fair amount of time there. I use it as a magazine to check out art, gardening, (shhh) politics etc. Some of the BBers are there but people don't post as much about their lives. Some have passed or stopped posting. A couple have gotten banned off , mostly because someone hacked them a screwed up their acct. Grano/Patsy managed to get back on after a year. Casinokat/Kathy (bb=boo's/cheryl's mom) is still off--she still sells on Ebay. Salmegal is still off, she might be unwell too. Lludwig, shibadiva, and jude, NNG/melissa and bookworm/Sue post some.
I remember the socks/shoes posts, lol!
