I voted early this year one week ago. It is a good thing I did. I drove by my polling place today and there was a 100 foot long line of people outside waiting to get in to vote. Usually in the past elections there had been only a short line inside to vote. There is a proposition on our ballot that would greatly reduce home owner taxes if passed. Maybe more people showed up to vote on that although there has been a lot more interest shown on TV concerning this election. Polling stations that they showed on TV from other areas this morning didn't look too busy.
