I saw the movie Tinker Tailor over the weekend. I liked it but it was work. The plot as they say "thickened" as the movie gathered steam. I remember seeing Alec Guiness in the role on PBS so I feel the need to watch that one again. Anyway, the ambiance of the spy world in the present version is certainly captured and the office party was a highlight. If anyone has seen it I would love to hear their thoughts.
