A book question, maybe for military guys....I have several WWII "restricted" manuals (weapons, etc) and want to list them...and see plenty of them listed on eBay. I know the material is mostly obsolete....but I want to be sure the manuals have been declassified/unrestricted, or whatever you call it before I list them. How can I find out? Is there a list? or a statute of limitations????
