i made something last night called Champagne Chicken. It was in a book of recipes by Vincent Price. I read it and saw that it was not complicated. It was great but uses lots of butter and cream plus French (only French) champagne. Anyway, it just reminds me reading the board as to what a world belongs to a reader. It seems to be a common thread on this board which of course given its name makes sense. I really enjoy reading what everyone posts and gain new knowledge every day.
