LLUDWIG - On the way to the resource center I stopped to chat with a friend of the family, who is also a resident here. The subject of Mardis Gras and King Cake came up. It wasn't five minutes later, that I saw your post on the board.
Later I walked down with Mom to the living room where there were offering complimentery wine or sparkling juice before dinner. Mom went to sit with same friend from earlier. Told here about reading your post. Ended going to computer room and printing it, and the part on the Fasnachts, for her. She used it for discussion during dinner and all thouroughly enjoyed learning. Thank you for continuing to give us food for thought.

IRENE - Saw at market yesterday a pear called Ya-Pear any coorelation between that and the upstairs kitty?
