Book Board Chat

Hi,
I am 74 years young, a widow of 12 years and living on a fixed income that does not stretch as far as I would like. I keep looking for work and occasionally it catches up with me.
I love to read mostly the one day quick reading books, work in the yard and garden and when forced to in the house. I read all of Louis L’Amour books(several times) before I decided I had to give them away as I had no more room for books. It was either start giving away or move out and turn the house over to books and collectibles.
I have 4 DD’s and I was born and lived my first 7 years just outside of Tuscaloosa, AL. One of my DD’s lives outside of Fort Lauderdale, FL and I get down there once a year to visitwith her.
I used to come into the book board chat and scroll but stopped after Maine Lady died. I have missed you all and am glad I found you all again.
