This is Barb (aka mybookroom). I've been away for ages. Just looking back online to see if anyone sells books online anymore?

And if so do you sell on ebay or on Amazon?

And if on Amazon - do you ship it yourself or do you use the Fulled by Amazon feature?

I am thinking of selling again.

ALSO, if anyone is up near Seattle, I'm travelling back there to dispose of about 200,000 books of mine from my old home. I have not been there for 5 years and a friend has been storing them for me. I am going to go an pick out my favorites for my personal collection (probably a few hundred) and sell the rest at less than thrft store prices (i.e., less than a dollar). If anyone is nearby and wants a first look at them please let me know and Ill arrange a showing. I'll be going up in July.

I have a friend who is a book store owner in EVERETT WASHINGTON. She is sick with liver cancer. A friend of her's - a non-book person is trying to keep the book store open while my friend is in the hospital and I was wondering does anyone have a copy of SATINROSE's post "How to Sell BOoks"? I know they are not trying to sell books on ebay but any thing that might help this newbie to hold down the fort from my friend with cancer is a good thing. I'm trying to see if I have the funds to drive from the desert in Arizona (a/k/a Hell) where I now live back to Everett WA to help. I'm not sure if I should really do this as my dear husband and I are not working much ... so if I can get any easy to read info on selling books for this newbie, maybe I can help from a distance.
