Liz, Jo was very helpful to a lot of people on the PB years ago.

Liz, that is great that Jo And Dennis are coming for a visit! There will be a lot of laughter for sure!

DH use to go into a panic if he had to go to the store....and then he would come home with more stuff
then he needed to get. He was a good one for buying those fancy cracks, and bread in front of the deli
case....

Getting some much needed rain here....and some very loud thunder! Hope it doesn't make it like a sauna bath out there...

Glad to see Jo Anne has joined, have been missing her posting.

Having worked for a major retailer here in the midwest, I learned all of the tricks they used in order to save themselves a penny.

customer service has gone down the tube. I refuse to bag my own groceries especially after they fired all of the baggers. Most of these people do not have the skills to work in other depts.

Think about how many times you handle each item when you shop?

Maybe if they gave a discount, might think about it.

Liz, congratulations on the new additions to your home, sure you will enjoy every minute with them!

Furtima, sorry for your loss, your Mother fought a long hard battle!
