Love the posts about bookstore cats!

bookleaves PC died here too. It's been wonky for several weeks after a hack attack. But then again, it was quite old. Finally, slow as a slug last Friday night so I headed out to the Apple store and am posting from my brand new Mac. What a dream.

Technology has come such a long way since the first BB days. I remember some folks were on WebTV and using Sony Mavica with the little diskette.

Diane, watercolour sounds like it should be easy but it isn't. But maybe this is an opening door for you.

Interesting about that dark-to-light and light-to-dark, isn't it? With illustration, which is somewhere between oil and watercolour, working lighter on a dark background can be really effective. I keep looking at your avatar and think "did she paint this?"
