My youngest daughter and her DH will be here visiting from Lake Orion, Michigan, through Monday so we will be doing little more than visiting, hopefully. I miss them so. She says she will set me straight on the listing thing. This is when children are worth their weight in gold. They never come and go home without leaving so many things done and giving us peace of mind. In our case it is Rubys, in weight instead of gold for, our last name is Ruby, and they call Indy and this house Rubyville. A little fun there.
We had to take down all of our hanging flowers and plants and put them over by the fence in the shade. Full sunlight is cooking them and they are dying fast unless in the shade. There hasn't been rain or even a sprinkle for weeks. All around us there have been short showers but, we have only gotten a few drop so I could do as much good by going out on the porch and spitting.
The cats are sleeping a lot but wake up of an evening and want to play. Silly kitties. They are drinking a lot of water too.
