Bob - do you put bacon, sausage, butter, hot sauce & pepper to cover the taste of the grits??? Ducking under a table here 🙂 I am not a fan of cream of wheat either, although my mother eats it daily along with oats & flax oil (yuck) but she's in her early nineties and doing well. However, I don't mind buckwheat: preferrably in cabbage rolls with mushrooms & gravy topping them or in a bowl with chicken broth. Don't know about viddles. Lol. Marson
