Book Board Chat

Bill - I don't eat hot cereal at all now. My brother used to eat Red River Cereal when we were teenagers. I usually mix 2 or 3 different cereals and add a sliced banana or blueberries and skim milk. No sugar at all. I try to buy cereal that isn't sweetened. There is a brand called Nature's Path that makes organic cereal that I stock up on when it's on sale. I Google Grits and see that they are corn. I'm allergic to corn, so I couldn't eat them.
