Book Board Chat

Sandy - up here in our province (MB) you need a license to sell DVD/CD movies, etc. (at least that's what I heard - we couldn't sell them along with our books for the hospital book sale as we needed a license, which was too costly for the amount we had) ... we could however sell them if they were "CD books", read by authors or people. The CD/DVD movies were donated to the thrift store which has a license. However, they're sold at garage sales privately. Don't know if that helps you any.
