Lurker here - June, when I moved and went to use the washer, it rattled, rolled, moved and walked - tried levelling, etc. Called an appliance mechanic & we moved & lifted the machine & he pulled out a piece of wood which was stapled between the drum & machine bottom - apparently some manufacturers do this so the drum & innards don't moved around while in transit & should be removed when installing it & before operating it. Wonder how the people before me managed - either they never used it and/or put it in before the house was sold. Hope you find your answer quickly & inexpensively. Marson the glassie
