Pasty - where do you live. I only wish our book sales could generate such profit - live in an area of about 10,000 people. We have the same issue of getting volunteers as many are seniors and can't sort, pack, lift boxes, etc. and be on their feet alot. Could use any ideas you have. Thanks, Marson (glassie lurker)
