You were a 'rock' for her and she couldn't have asked for a better sister.

DIANE: Thank you and once again, I read your article with much interest and gleaned tons from it. You inspire me, as I am what you call - to use the slang term.."artsy"...into anything creative , but can't seem to find the discipline to do what you do...Therefore, I often come here and see what you have created and painted. I had found much reward and joy in that, as I would get off the board annoyed at myself that I didn't discipline myself and sit down and draw/paint!

I have no former training in art and just drew since a kid and have sold many paintings....but for the most part-to me art is subjective. However, my objective is to learn all I can. BTW, my girlfriend thanks you for posting your paintings. You have inspired her as well. So once again...thank you! Imagine finishing a painting as often as you do!!?.'Boggles my mind, so that of itself is a 'kick in my shins' so to speak...."to 'getta movin! I shall and thank you!! Have a nice day, Diane!

DIANE (Furtima) I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoy your posts and the creativity you show. I showed your snowmen paintings to a friend who is studying water color painting and you, also, inspired us to start painting again. I paint with acrylics, however. Do you actually paint dailey ?? Did you go to school or did it just come naturally! Your paintings would sell extremely well if on Hallmark cards....Definitely!!

MAUREEN: Fell asleep much too early..a slight cold..and came here to shut this computer down and lurked and saw your post, Maureen, as many did and now speaking for them (people that emailed me after lurking and seeing your posts), I would like to say that you are admired by everyone , it seems..and by the folks that emailed me...and you should stand tall and be proud of your accomplishments and your ability to rise above your suffering.

My eyes are tearing up for you as I have a cousin who basically is going through the same thing you are and is also holding her head up and is 'proud' as you should CERTAINLY be!! WE have an Organization here , I think it is called "VISITING ANGELS' ...I will check and post when I get the correct name. They come out and they are not very expensive to do the things people in your position cannot do!

I know how you feel as you seem like the type of gal who doesn't like to impose upon people. My legs give me fits sometimes and I will do whatever it takes rather than ask anyone for help, so I understand. I, however, am certainly not going through what you are and wanted you to know that your posts were so touching that people emailed me who don't even know you but who lurk here...and 'YOU" are the reason I signed onto this chat room. Thank you for being 'you'...and hold your head up. AEG and all the nice people that uplifted her...'YOU' folks also are the people that make this world a better place...! Thank you, Maureen.
