@mysteryhorse --- Thank you so much. I didn't have to dig too far before finding a phone number but didn't have to use it as DGD told me how to accomplish what needed to be done through My eBay.

@maureen14 --- I get lots of help from strangers when I am out and about. I have been told more than once that the helper just hopes that somebody will do the same for his/her grandparent or mother. Not sure that your news is really good news but glad that you'll be getting some in home care.
